Shipping costs are added at the check-out, based on the customer’s shipping address in accordance with relevant quotation updated from time to time by the shipping service providers. Tasha Kasha is not responsible for delivery times, they are the sole responsibility of the shipping service providers. The exact shipping cost for the order is calculated automatically after all desired items are placed in the cart. All parcels are sent with a tracking number. Great care is taken in packaging the orders. But porcelain wares are fragile, and breakages can happen. If you receive an item broken or otherwise damaged in shipment, please send us an email with the detailed description and clear photos of the box, product in the box and closeup of the damage to shop@tashakasha.fi within 2 days. We will inspect the problem and, in case the claim is approved, arrange a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.

If for some reason you are not happy with the item you have received, you have a right to return it. Please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date and send the items back (at your own expense) within 21 days from the delivery date. Once we get the package and inspect the items, we will issue a refund minus delivery and payment processing fees. To be eligible for refund the product must be unused, in the same condition as it was upon receipt, and all the parts of the product must be included in the package.
Please make sure to pack the items well and ship via trusted shipping company as we will not refund the items that get lost on the way or arrive broken.
Please note that custom made products (products that are made or altered according to customer’s wishes) and sale items are not eligible for refund unless they are damaged or defective.

In case an order returns to Tasha Kashal as unclaimed package (for example, a package was not picked up from a post office within the parcels storage timeframe, or delivery failed due to a mistake or incomplete information in recipient’s contact details or some other reason beyond Tasha Kasha control), a refund will be made automatically. Shipping fees, both to the customer and return, will be deducted from the refund.
